With an MSc in Air Quality and Public Health Ton started making sense of sensory in 1980, founding Odournet/Sensenet as a startup, which grew to a micro-multinational.
Ton likes applying science to the human condition. Adapting methodology to the purpose of gaining knowledge is his forte. Turning odour perception into useful metrics is his focus.

Charlotte is a Chemical Engineer with specialits expertise in both, Environmental Odour Management and Product and Material Testing.
She is Head of Sensenet France and the Product and Materiel Laboratory.
Charlotte has completed numerous projects in various industry sectors.

Head of Molecular Laboratory | Odour Specialist
PhD in Food Science and Technology. Senior consultant in molecular odour assessments, with more than 15 years of experience in performing analytical methods, especially GC-ToFMS and GC-Olfactometry. Experience in the environmental industry and in consumer goods (food, polymers, plastics, fragrances, cosmetics), among others. Responsible for training courses in GC-MS techniques, GC-O, olfactory workshops, sensory analysis and aroma creation





Fragrance Expert
Through Scents Design Sensenet can provide access to a wealth of 'savoir faire', know-how in fine perfumery and technical perfumery to answer challenges in scent design for our clients. Scents Design principal Aleks Chadzynski collaborates with Sensenet in business development in the fragrance sector and the raw materials sector. Product Testing Expert
Saisha has a Master’s degree in Food Processing and Nutrition from the SNDT University. As manager of the odour sensory and deodorant and antiperspirant efficacy testing laboratories at Odournet India, her role includes the development of testing protocols and test designs for projects as well as overall implementation of projects related to odour testing of products and materials, recruitment, organization and management of panels and volunteers and quality management. She also provides support to business development.
